I had a boss that wasn't nearly as effective as I was doing what we did and she knew it, and knew that I knew it. She tried to make my life miserable. Eventually I was fired which turned out to be a good thing, since I collected unemployment.

mine was the principal of an elementary school, she thought she was god no-one liked her, she was evil, we did make fun of her though, cause when she wore red or any shade of red she was at her worst, it got so bad that one of us would stand out in parking lot to see what she was wearing, if it was any shade of red we all kinda stayed far away from her.after working for her. it has scared me from women in power,we all felt really sorry for her husband, that's the worst of mine , all others were fantastic

No, do not say some thing, yet. you only began engaged on the job. make the effort to parent out the how the organization is administered and what varieties of issues bypass on. you do not go with to get a popularity as a whiner instantly off the bat. "Emotional bullying" isn't firable offense, besides. you'll only seem as if a infant who would not recognize how places of artwork are. it is thrilling that one in all of your pals is encouraging YOU to record the count number number. Your chum in all likelihood hopes you'll, to save her or him the worry and the attainable backlash.

Your boss sounds like my crew leader at work.I've been there for 7 years and she's been there only 4 months. She does everything she can to make my life a living H***! And my current manager who has only been with us for 2 months,is a Bible thumping racist!!! But,I'm not letting them cause me to quit a job that I worked hard to get where I'm at now..
The manager before him was great! She knew how to treat people equally.
Now the one before her,Well he was fired for downloading child porn on the company computer and we had no clue he was like that.I guess you could say,I only had one good manager and she did not leave on her own..Companies can have a lot of cut throats working for them!

I've had several mean, clueless bosses:

*In the military, I've had bullies and "screamers" who tried to intimidate me and my enlisted people. As a young Lieutenant, I did my best to take all of the flak from these yahoos (no offense ...), and protect my people.

In response, my people went out of their way to cover my backside. Some of them even kept in touch with me after I got out of the service and became a school teacher.

*I've had some truly clueless, bigoted administrators as a school teacher. I carved out my own empire within my classroom, and outperformed every teacher on campus (i.e., test scores, GPA's, matriculation rates, college enrollment, physical fitness, etc.).

*Bottom line, if the boss is good, they're worth their weight in gold.

*If the boss is worthless, nothing succeeds like success!

**You look good, they get pissed, and they look good to their supervisors because of your success, and get promoted out of your life: win-win-WIN!
