Should I be considered as an American?

I have an I.D, driver license, and proof of the California residence. And I pay tax and am entitled to claim the benefits like the U.S citizens. But I don't have a green card. I came to the U.S legally and have been living here for six years already.

Why do i have a line under my belly?
