I have an I.D, driver license, and proof of the California residence. And I pay tax and am entitled to claim the benefits like the U.S citizens. But I don't have a green card. I came to the U.S legally and have been living here for six years already.

I don't see how you got a driver's license and are able to claim benefits as a US citizen without a green card. A green card is actual proof that you became an official citizen. How you got a DL, etc. is beyond me. Maybe there's a loophole in the system somewhere?

You know, I wish I was standing in front of you for this conversation. People come here to work, live, and give back to the community. Become legal is all I have to say

No you are not officially an "American". If you committed a crime you would be deported. but as an American citizen you would just be sent to prison. Why dont you become a citizen?
