I am a newly converted Johnny Depp fan and I want to talk about him. anyone interested?

Believe it or not but I only saw both Pirates of the Caribbean films over the Christmas and now I'm hooked.
He used to give me the heebee jeebee's but now I love him.

How do people develop the skill to play by ear?And how can you improve on that skill?

Me and my brother both play the piano by ear. I was just wondering.. Can people actually LEARN how to play by ear? Cos I saw it on tv the other day... some kids going to classes teaching the 'play by ear method or something'. I thought it can only be acquired naturally?
