Why did George Lucas decide to start with the fourth one until sixth and then the first three? Why did he decide to take a long time to start the 1st one after the 6th one?

I was watching MTV Hits and they had a "MTVU Hitlist" and this song came on. The video was in the style of Nightmare before Christmas, clay-mation, very dark and a small clay person who was similiar to Sally was singing a song. Some of the lyrics included: "I would buy you flowers/ too bad you are a boy".

I really liked the song and I thought they name of the person (I assume it was a female) was Emille something.

Please help me out!

I was driving down the road behind an ambulance. The back door on the ambulance suddenly popped open and a bucket fell out. I thought it might be important so I stopped and picked it up.
