Yes school is necessary. The way our society is setup is that if you want to be considered successful you need schooling.
If you want to earn a monetary living, you need schooling.
In order to help make society a better place you need education so you have the tools to do so.
Pedagogy exists for a reason.

You need it because your grammer sucks and you cant type. School is important because it socializes kids with other kids and teaches them lessons that they need for life.
