"shine" sounds like some other song i know.... but i can't put my finger on it.... is "shine" just a cover of a different song?

I saw this film once, and it was very good. Stars Matthew Modine and James Earl Jones. However, it doesnt seem to be released in this country(?) I have checked Amazon and Ebay without any luck. Does anyone know where I could get a Region 2 copy of this for a reasonable price. Thanks in advance ...

And it's like a "Parody" to I want candy by Aaron Carter.....It starts of with like a phone ringing and a guy is like "Will someone please awnser the f*cking phone!" And then through out the whole some the guys is "dissing"
