Maybe I am a odd ball but I could care less if I get any thing .and I always put my wife before me I get more joy from buying her something than anything else. her birthday is 12-12 and she said not to get her anything but a couple of week,s ago she played a piano for the first time in year,s and I seen how see liked it so I went out and bought her a Antique 1921 Kimball piano in almost mint condition, Now is that being selfish on my part.

It's not all guys - you got a lemon. Is he good for anything else? I don't mean sex, anyone can provide that. Does he pick up after himself? Does he flush? Do laundry? Anything? Ann Landers (RIP) used to say think hard: are you better off with or without him? My ex, the second year we were married, we had $10 each to shop with (way poor!) and I bought him a record he wanted, and he bought him a record he wanted. Then gave me an empty box, no wrap, no nothing...and inside he scribbled 'this is a box full of love'. He's my EX for a reason! (I know I've told this story before, and it's in my blog, but I was trying to make you feel better!) Some of them ARE stupid...they just never quite get it.
