Has anyone else noticed the number of annoying adverts on the tele and the radio in the last 2 months...

1. Kerry - island adverts on between im a celeb get me outa here! oh my god that women is sooooo annoying.

2. Frosties .... "its guna taste great....." OH MY GUD! WTF! QUIT IT!

3. The worst must be "YOU BUY ONE YOU GET ONE FREE" WINDOWS AND DOORS!! ARGHHHHHHH

I am in that kind of mood...

we have upwards of 75 vhs movies... but we have many more dvds. Our vhs player is broken... i do not feel like replacing it because I have heard that they are not going to be making vhs anymore..

would you give away all your vhs movies and then replace the ones you liked with the dvd over time?

I can do it... i just wonder what others woudl do....

Prime Minister Mori was given some basic English conversation training
before he visits Washington and meets with President Bill Clinton.

The instructor told Mori " Prime Minister, when you shake hand with
President Clinton, please say 'how are you'. Then Mr Clinton should

" Now you should say 'me too'. Afterwards we, translators, will do all
the work for you." It looks quite simple, but the truth is ....

When Mori met Clinton, he mistakenly said "Who Are You ?". Mr Clinton was a
bit shocked but still managed to react with humour : "Well, I am
Hilary's husband, ha ha..."

Then Mori replied confidently "Me too, ha ha ha.."

Then there was a long silent moment in the meeting room.

I'm writing a paper on the decline of the 'male erotic' performances you used to get in pop videos - Kim Wilde's 'Say You Really Want Me' or Pet Shop Boy's 'Domino Dancing' - and how these videos have been replaced by the more sanitised boy band style videos.
Can anyone recommend any other songs worthy of inclusion? Especially if they are available on youtube or other sites?
