That depends:
Are you 4ft tall, fully grown, with oversized hairy feet?
If you answered no to any of the above then yes, you are wrong to fancy frodo.
However you could fancy Elija Woods, who plays him in the Lord Of The Rings trilogy who actually is normal height with (i guess) normal feet!
