If you could somehow master ANY single musical instrument overnight (and we're talking concert-hall skill, multi-million-album-selling caliber here), what would you be playing, and why? (and for my not-so-idle curiosity, what instruments do you already play?)

I'm an absolute musical nitwit----but part of me would love to play the French horn, because it's **so heartstoppingly beautiful** ....the other part says "violin, of course!" because there's so many wonderful pieces that have gorgeous violin parts.

Why aren't weight loss product commercials/ads honest?

They will show a woman in a skimpy bikini praising the product saying, "I weighed 365lbs. before I started taking Xantrex 3, and now I look like this!"

Why doesn't the lady be honest and say, " And I had lipo and boob job and a tummy tuck."

Why are they trying to make overweight people think they can lose hundreds of lbs. and be in supermodel condition without having some excess skin surgically removed?

Have you ever forgot where you were?

Meaning somebody caused you to loose your temper and you forgot where you were when you lost it.

I did. It was in church a while ago and this guy was really getting my nerves. He's cool, though but he kept asking me the same question over and over hoping I would change my answer (I forgot the question but the answer I gave him was no). Finally, I yelled Look you're getting on my damn nerves, SHUT UP!!!! It was dead silence and I think I scared him. I said I was sorry to him but people were still puzzled by what I said. I just said "Yeah, I said and I can't take it back now". He didn't think anything of it, though, and we're still good friends.

What about you? You ever forget where you were?
