A very loud, unattractive, hard-faced woman walks into Asda with her
two kids in tow, screaming obscenities at them all the way through the
entrance.

The door greeter says, "Good morning and welcome to Asda, nice children
you've got there. Are they twins?"

The fat ugly woman stops screaming long enough to snarl:


"Of course they bloody aren't! The oldest, he's nine and the younger one,
she's seven. Why the hell would you think they're twins?..... Do you really
think they look alike, ya ********?"

I brought in my Sovtek MIG 100 tube amp to be maintenanced (change the tubes, clean it out, the usual stuff). He said that he would also rebias it. I've been playing music forever, but I've never been much of a gearhead - so I have no idea what this really means. Can someone explain it? Thanks!!!

You know how you remember Steve Urkel from Family Matters, and Mork from Mork & Mindy, Screech from Saved by the Bell, and Alf from Alf, because they stood out so much that you practically don't remember anyone else from those shows?

I'm trying to remember characters like that - except from kid's cartoons, etc.
