i haven't heard it since about 1998, but i still remember some of the lyrics to the chorus:

(girl voice): Are you johnny ray?
(guy voice): who wants to know?
(girl voice): are you sting ray?
(guy voice): who wants to know? who wants to know about me?

the chorus went something like that. i think the song came out between 1996-1998, but i'm not sure. the artist name might be johnny ray, if i remember correctly, but im not entirely sure about that either.

this has been haunting me for a long time! does anybody know the song title and artist?
