This is a perfectly normal part of the pop music cycle. You will burn out on songs and think you no longer want them. But after a few years, with music becoming no better than what you've already got, you'll start turning back toward what will then be your 'oldies'. Save the ones you really think are good (even if you're tired of them) for future 'oldies' mixes. That way you won't have to buy them again.
But yeah, if you need to free ipod space, then burn 'em to disc or offload them to a hard disc.

1). Burn the songs onto a CD.
2). Erase the songs from your Ipod.
That way you still have a hard copy of the songs while freeing up space for something you would rather hear now. This way, should you get into the "avril" spirit you can upload them onto your Ipod.

If you like the songs, keep them.
The only reason why you should feel like a retard is if you delete something simply because it's not on TRL anymore. If you enjoy the music, keep on listening to it. If you don't listen to it anymore or don't like it, then take it out the ipod. Besides... you probably have a copy of it on iTunes anyway so it's not gone forever.

If you like the song, keep it. If not, toss it. **** what anybody else thinks. If you like to listen to it, then listen to it. I have such an eclectic taste in music, I'm often looked at like a crazy person. I don't care. I like what I like. And if anybody has a problem with it, they can get over it.

Why are you even asking us? This is kind of a stupid question. I mean, if you don't like them, then you have no use for them, your just going to skip over them when you get to them when you're listening, so just delete them. I'm still not sure why you are asking this question.
haha, lol. Yay for Rigo and Fonzie T! I like their answers.

Since this is your personal item, you should feel free to keep what you want. Remember that sometime in the future you might want to revisit these songs.

it comes across that you don't like her anymore because she isn't popular. Dont' be one of the herd. But, personally, I never liked her that much, if you ever hear her live you realize she is not a great singer by any standard, even though she believes she is.

if you like her, keep the songs. if you don't like her, delete them and get new ones. don't worry about what other people would think if they searched through your ipod library, everyone has their own taste in music.
