Me i think 100lbs or less but it really depends how you built and your height. But I think a good healthy weight is 125lbs or more.

I have it and I love it my fav song on the album is "Resentment" for those who dont have the CD you will love that song I love the songs "Get Me Bodied" and "Kitty Kat" but OVERALL......SHE PASSED my test!! and this is an album for the ladies so i especially want to hear what yall think
