I admit that I am going though a little "lost withdrawal" right now, but do you think their are any clues about the show in the "Bad Twin" book? This story keeps referencing other books such as "Trent's Last Case" by E.C.Bently, "The Divine Comedy" by Dante, and "The Great Gatsby" by F.Scott Fitzgerald. I am probably reading too much into this, but I was just wondering if anyone thinks the writers of lost have been gleaning their inspiration for the show from some of these classics. If you think they are, do you think we could we gain a little insight on the show from some of these books? Or, again, I could be reading way too much into this, and just need to be patient until 10/4/2006.

For me it was Fail Safe. Thats the one where the US accidentally nukes Moscow. As attonment president Henry Fonda sacrifices New York by nuking it. After the movie I made the mistake of asking my father if that were to happen if we would be affected (I grew up near NYC). Ye made the mistake of saying yes. I had a lot of bad dreams after that. Anyway, what movie kept you up nights?

I love MTV, I don't even watch BET anymore. I just wonder sometimes why there slection on Musci Videos is so minimal. Most of the videos are all hits, which is cool, but what about playing some Omarion, Shereefa, Marques Houston, Lil Scrappy, and mabey some of the Rock bands who don't get much air play either. Anyone know who selects the Videos for MTV?
