Ok, basically, how old are you and what magazines do you read?

Reason for asking? I've always read magazines intended for older people, wandering what everyone else reads.

Does anyone else get taken too seriously at times with their questions and answers?

This site is for fun but at times there are serious questions and inquiries that should be handled as such or just left alone. But the questions that usually are very clearly "orchestrated for amusement" are often taken too seriously, in my opinion. Does anyone else notice this? Have you had your intent of humor lost in this venue? Have you just been playing and others seem to think this is real life events, seriously!?!? I'd like to know for my own knowledge. Thanks.

Best American rock band of the last 15 years?

I guess I already have my answer..

but I've been digging these cats since I saw them in a local bar back when everyone was still fawning over grunge and they were flying the punk (albeit pop-punk) flag. I wouldn't say they've ever been my favourite - but I've found them to be consistantly good and listening to them now and in light of their most recent album and powerful video - I really think, when we look back at these years, these boys will be the real stand-outs of the generation.. so I have to say, thank the stars for ________________ ?

Comic book heros & movies ones have fought crime for years, are they really needed today?

Let's face it they have fought crime for years, yet the crime rate is increasing. The criminals know about the super heros yet they continue to commit crimes. Are the super heros really doing their job properly? The crime rate should be decreasing to the point where the super heros do battle with each other for the fun of it!!
