We were "getting busy" * and afterwards, I was horrified to see the CAT, sitting there OBSERVING.
Today, he is behaving strangely. He smirks at me, and leers. What should I do?

Just a few examples...you can be sent to war at 18, but you can't have a beer before 21. (Not promoting beer-drinking...just a question!)

You have to have a license to drive a vehicle, & can get it when you are 16. But there is no license required to become a parent, & LOTS of peeps under 16 do that!! (Hell, lots of peeps OVER 16 aren't prepared or equipped for it!! LOL!)
Sometimes the "laws" just crack me up.

If I'm around someone I need to impress, then it's dry, wet, dry. If i'm just around the house, then it's dry only.

When you run out of baby wipes, do you substitute with hand soap on paper towels? :-) I did once and it dried me out horribly.

When I'm at restaurants where the noise level isn't dominating I have no problem being conversant at the table. However, when the restaurant is noisy, I unconsciously start talking less and in softer tones making it even harder for others to hear me. It annoys the hell out of the people I'm with.
