Holmes and Watson Go Camping
Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson went on a camping trip. After a good meal and a bottle of wine they laid down for the night and went to sleep. Some hours later, Holmes awoke and nudged his faithful friend. "Watson, look up at the sky and tell me what you see."

Watson replied, "I see millions and millions of stars."

"And," Holmes asked, "what does that tell you?"

Watson pondered for a moment.

"Astronomically, it tells me that there are millions of galaxies and potentially billions of planets. Astrologically, I observe that Saturn is in Leo. Horologically, I deduce that the time is approximately a quarter past three. Theologically, I can see that God is all powerful and that we are but small and insignificant and finally, meteorologically, I suspect that that we will have a beautiful day for hiking tomorrow. What does it tell you, Holmes?"

Holmes was silent for a minute, then spoke.

"It tells me, Watson, that some bastard has stolen our tent."

I'm a guitarist, looking to switch over to a bass guitar.

I was just wondering basic things:

What to look for in a good bass

Good brands (maby ones that specilize in basses, or basic ones like Fender that are just good brands)

Good amps (All I have is an acoustic guitar)

What price range to excpect for a good basic (I'm not looking for a $150 starter pack, I want something good that will last me a few years)

If it was me once I hit 100 million I'm retired for the rest of my life. Cause there is no way I would ever be able to spend that much in my life time. I think i would donate 2 million each to about 4 or 5 of my favorite charoties, give a couple million to my close family members and friends and just travel and be happy. Are they just being stingly and want as much as they can get...i just dont get it. And why buy these huge 20 rooms mantions when its just them and staff in it....makes no sense! Or is it just me?
