I would change pretty much everything. I would stop regretting so much that I do. I would watch what I eat more carefully and be 10 pounds lighter, I would fix my house, I would have a much nicer body, I would make it so I didn't live in this place at all, I'd live with my boyfriend and I'd be driving by now, I'd have a job and a lot of money... I would change everything, I can't choose just one thing. If I had to though I don't know, right now I feel like I would choose to be more beautiful physically.

Actually, I'd just wanna be a lot happier in my own shoes than I am now...

I wouldn't change anything. If I changed anything with my life I might not have any of the great things that I have right now. The best thing in life is regret because you know never to do it again and you can teach others.

I would not change anything in my life. even the roughest days happined for a reason and all my yesterdays are what made me who I am today. Have you ever watched the movie butterfly effect or pay it forward. maybe you should and then you would know that you should never wish to change your life.

It would be 1976, I'd be just starting the job I had for 27 years, and my mother would still be alive and healthy. I guess that's three things, but 1976 covers them all.

Absolutely nothing. My grave marker epitaph reads "No Regrets" . One should live with no regrets. I hope I don't acquire any regrets because it would cost a pretty penny to have it changed.
