Charlie loved to play golf unfortunately he was really bad at it and because of his job he often had to play alone and early in the morning.

One morning he’s out playing badly as usual when on the 3 rd tee he hits a horrendous shot into the trees.

“Well I’ll never find that one,” he says to himself as he starts to hunt for it.

He finds it well into the trees and surprisingly there is a little man laid out next to the ball with a big knot on his head. Charlie runs bag to his bag to get a towel and some whiskey and starts to revive the little man. Fortunately the man comes to looking none the worse for wear.

After he stands up the little man say “OK you got me what do you want?”

“What do you mean?” says Charlie

“Your wishes, ya caught me fair and square so what do you want for your wishes.” Seeing that Charlie is still confused he goes on “I’m a leprechaun you caught me and I owe you three wishes.”

It takes some work but the little man finally convinced Charlie that he was a leprechaun but Charlie wouldn’t take the wishes. “I couldn’t do that after what I did to you.”

So they shook hands and parted. After Charlie left the leprechaun thought “What a nice guy I’ll have to do something for him.”

Three weeks later on the same whole Charlie looks up to see the leprechaun waving at him. “How have things been going for ya boyo?” the leprechaun ask with a sly grin “How’s the golf game?”

You know says Charlie since we met I’ve broken par every game. The leprechaun smiles. And another thing I took my suit to the cleaners and they found a hundred quid note in the pocket. The leprechaun smiles bigger waiting for something else. When Charlie doesn’t say anything the leprechaun prods him “And yer luv life?”

Charlie blushes and looks down embarrassed “Well I have been getting some a couple of times a week”

The leprechaun looks concerned, “A couple of times a week, you oghta’ be doin’ bettern’ that lad.”

Charlie looks up and says “Well that’s not bad for a Catholic Priest with a small parish.”

I've benn having dreams about water that really scare me. Like one was about like we went to the lake and this giant turtle came out of the water and ate my friend. And in another dream, there was a snake that sucked me in the water and drowned me to death. I am afraid of the sea. Do you thik I should be because of my dreams? I can be in a pool, but not in a lake or ocean.

I'm in the high school marching band, and I'm not sure why the band needs to know how to perform the winterguard/colorguard show. I understand why we need to know the rythyms, songs, and what the guard members do, considering we play and move along with all that. But we spend a large portion of band camp learning how to do it ourselves. Will we ever end up using this? If not, why do we learn it?
