I had rigged my character in 3ds max 7, but the IK handles do not move with my bones - they stretch. What am I doing wrong?

Also, is there a way to modify a mesh after skinning a character? Whenever I try this, all the skinning I had done disappears.

Any help is greatly welcomed.

I've been trying and have found viewers, but they don't do others any good. I don't have flash, (And don't want to spend the money to get it.) and make the files with AVID Liquid express. I do have swish, and downloaded the swish video thing, but it just converted the files to flvs. - Well it does have a swf option, but it won't do it if the file is too long (cuts it off)

I am designing a website, and i want to know how I go about centering the web page when it is viewed online. I don't want my page to be off-centered. I want it to be like Yahoo's pages where everything is right in the middle, regardless of what browser is being used. Thanks.

Can someone please tell me why I'm getting this pop up message when I try to start VB.Net:

"Visual Basic.Net compiler is unable to recover from the follwing error: Class "Microsoft.VisualBasic.CompilerServices.StringType'cannot be found. This condition is usually the result of a mismatched 'Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll. Save your work and restart Visual Studio.Net"

This pop up does not go away no matter what I'm doing on the computer until I press ok on it. Then once I press ok on it the designer window opens up for VB.Net. Can someone please tell me why I'm getting this error message? The version I'm using is 2003 VB.net standard?

I am pretty advanced 'power user' of SharePoint, and I want to get into the controlling of lists programatically.

Specifically, I have a situation where I have an issue list, and when the issue is resolved, the 'Assigned To' person must take a survey. The Survey has a lookup 'question' which is tied to the issue list.

In my issues list, I have a 'yes/no' for 'survey taken', but I have to manually go in and change to 'yes' when someone takes a survey. Can I programatically change this value to 'yes', or, better yet, how can I list all issues that do not have a matching survey item?
