go into DOS and type help
It'll give you a list of commands. For more info on a specific command type help command.
Or you could read a bunch of books.. :P

Perhaps before you try to learn DOS, you might want to learn how to use a search engine. Type "MS DOS commands" in teh search box and you get a world of information.

If you wanted a book, you could probably buy a cheap old copy of "DOS for Dummies" at a used book store, otherwise try one of the sites the others have recommended.
