I want to make registry executables so to speak. So i can double click and it will perform a registry entry without going to regedit.

Run Tab->regedit->find where you want to insert your registry key->click on the right screen name the key and value

and save.

So use regedit.

Most programming languages on Windows allow you to make Registry Keys. You could make a Programm in C++ or C#.
