In the event of default, ___ debt holders must give preference to more ___ debt holders in the priority of repayment distributions.
A. short-term; long-term
B. long-term; short-term
C. senior; junior
D. senior; subordinated
E. subordinated; senior

I have looked through the entire chapter, I see stuff about repayment, and how you loose money etc, but nothing about who gets priority in repayment.

i have been approached to place a 30% equity injection (for a 30% stake in a power plant business); the value approx USD4.6 million. The project cost is USD 14.8 million
The financial model indicates for the 30% injection that Equity NPV Post Tax (at 9% discounted rate for 21 yrs) is USD5.4 million. The Equity IRR Post Tax is 23.9%.
I'm interested only to remain for 7 yrs and exit (not the whole 21 yrs), for that the NPV is USD 3.6 million, IRR 16%.
Based on the figures above, should I go ahead with the full equity injection requested or what should be my optimal equity injection value recommended ?

I hear a lot about some stocks being traded at below their intrinsic value and being good value stocks. But how do you determine the intrinsic value? Most websites won't even have the intrinsic value listed.

I bought two mutual funds in my general investment account, 3000 each in March 2006,

By May, mutual fund A valued $3200, I transfered $3000 into my Roth IRA

In November, I transfered mutual fund B worth 3300 for another mutual fund.

Do I have to pay tax on these? Thanks
