i got acrylic nails and i heard that they can get moldy.hw do i stop it?

Okay so see I have braces and to be honest my teeth aren't really as white as I would like them to be. I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day with whitening toothpaste and never seem to have any results. I obviously can't using and crest whitening strips because of my braces. Any recommendations on toothpastes, mouthwash, etc. that would help brighted my smile? Thanks

Me and my mate are thinking of going to a hotel Spa Break for her birthday - with a few massages, facials etc to pamper us.

Problem is, I am a big girl (18/20) and worried that it will be full of skinny, model-looking girls - the type that are at my local gym and make me feel awful.

Just seems counterproductive to me. I have nothing in particular against smoking, just curious. Why take all the time and expense for smelling great, and then light up a cigarrette that pretty much eliminates any chance for someone to appriciate your efforts?

I have a manicure set. It contains:
Nail Clippers
Nail Shaper
Nail Cuticul Ousher thingy
Nail Shiner (takes top layer off)
Nail Filer
Nail Stensils
White Polish
Pink Polish
Clear polish

It says to:
1. Paint the nail pink.
2. Allow to dry.
3. Apply one stencil just before the white bit begins.
4. Paint the area above the stencil white.
5. Allow to dry.
6. Peel of stencil.

But when I peel off the stencil it takes off the pink polish as well!! How can I stop this happening? Can I?
Please help!

At school I'm not classified as one of the pretty girls.
* I have acne, but I'm on pills and they help, it's clearing up now.
* I wear glasses... but not huge ones.
I always smile, I always say hi. I'm liked, I have tons of friends and I'm curvy not fat or slim. I don't weat the short school skirts because A) my mom's a teacher and B) I'd prefer not to have detention.
So what's making me ugly? Making me just the same old person I am?
Why can't for just once, somebody say: Wow ***** looks pretty today.
Why can't I just make one head turn?
HELP!
