to be true, my teeth aren't so perfect either. Mouthwashes that are very minty works prety well, if its too minty, add a tiny bit of water to bring down the bite. Orthodontists and dentists also offer whitening, so you might want to find more about that. the toothpaste that works Best for me is ultrabrite with advanced whitening. It has gotten my teeth slightly whiter, but they will get even more white if i finish the tube of.......Well, i hope your teeth get better, and i definitely hope i helped!

If your whitening toothpaste isn't working, i'd suggest tryign another brand or just quit using it. As for other ways of whitening your teeth while having braces (which might be a reason the toothpaste isn't working), i would ask your dentist what you should do. You may just ahve to wait until your braces are out.

good luck

To be honest, I tried everything and nothing really worked. So I went to the Dentist and had them professionally whitened. It costs like $350 but it's so worth it in the long run.

use any past with flouride and try not to chew sugary gum. When I had braces I used Colgate Whitening and when I had them taken off you could see the diffrense in where the brackets where and where I was using the paste.

Sometimes whitening toothpaste doesnt really work that well.. try to use bleaching toothpaste and oral bleaching solution. its said to be effective.,its not so expensive too. just needs to be used oh so often to achieve maximum effect.

good luck.
