See a dermatologist.

If you do not need to then just try some different soap and initially use it few times a day, use mentholated powder, anti-itching powders, cream, lotions.

After washing with hot or worm water, a cold rinse can do wonders, it closes the pores, so you do not start sweating due to heat of worm water right away, then after drying apply talc or starch type powder.

Most swimmer get only bikini lines, because that particular area is very sensitive to chemical and Lasers, and can get infected easy.

Cause of itching is mainly bacteria and burning from unric acid in sweat, that get dry as unria, both can cause bad smell also.

Gental scrabing helps also.

Try different under garment, and styles and matirial, Nylon causes east infection or just itches more. Cotton are the best absorbes uric acid and traps dry uria and most bectaria on it so it end up geting washed with change of garment change them initialy few time a day, it will get rid of the problem. Avoid thongs, hip hugers, tights. Make sure waher is washed just without any thing, once in a while with extra soap on high with few thing only, if you own one. Change the laudromate you may picking up some thing from other people's use.

i also think dear tat instead of shaving completely and waxing which is painfull giv ur pubic hair a close trim. jus trim with scissors after you take a bath with warm water so the hair gets soft and gets easily cut. u kno over the years i hav realised that using conditioner for those hair works too.. they are no more itchy. apply conditioner and keep for 3 4 minutes daily while u take a bath.. hope it helps u too:-)
