I'm going to the beach in 7 days, I don't have enough time to lose alot of weight like I said I would. I weight about 130 and I'm 5 foot 2 inches. I have a little tummy and kinda big thighs. I'm scared about wearing a bikini. Should I?

What type of shoes should I wear when I in total sedation while getting my wisdom teeth pulled out sneakers...
Flats, or flip flops. I know this isn't a big deal but it is to me cuz I freaking out and there all this rules for when you get them out.!!!! help.
