I recently bought a sewing machine, and would love to learn the basics of sewing. I have tried to sew a pair of sleep pants for my son, but what a mess. Can someone walk me through this?
I was told that if you put one leg inside of the other and sew the "u" in the crotch that it would be very easy from that point on, but I don't know how to lay the fabric. Should it be wrong side to wrong side ?

It drives me crazy that some of the uglier things that women wore in the past are coming back into fashion.

As a guy, I HATE

go go boots,
skorts,
open toe shoes,
short hair
scarfs
hip hugger bathing suits
skin color stockings

I think most guys would agree...
So why do you wear these attrocities?

I am in need of help. I don't know what kind of jeans I should try. It's so hard to find jeans that I like to fit for the simple reason: If it fits in the waist it's too small in the legs. If it fits in the legs it's too big in the waist. Any recommendations? I get so aggrivating going shopping for jeans for this simple reason. Please help!
