does anyone know how to cut up and scrape my jeans so they can look like designer quality or destroyed denim by forbidden? like what to use how to use?

Use sandpaper. It will give you the actual worn look.(As opposed to scissors which can look a bit tacky).

get some sandpaper and rub it really good...and if you want you can put alittle bleach on the spot first the wash it and dry it good then rub it with the sandpaper......
if you want it to have those little cuts in the jeans that look good ...then cut the hole as big as you want it the just use the sand paper.....i use sandpaper on mine it looks just like those designer jeans in the store...

heres a hint, instead of destroying ur jeans, go out and buy some designer jeans.

a scissor, but don't cut on it, pull out of your jeans without using much force on the scissor!
