There's no reason you can't. I sold a Coach bag on eBay just a few weeks ago.
Although, eBay has had a huge number of designer fakes being passed off for the real thing, they may have instituted a policy whereby you have to certify that the item is geniune before you can list it.
They do something similar with people who sell CDs, DVDs and Videotapes. The certification is usually no more complicated than I think checking a box that states you understand what the consequences are if you sell a fake as the real thing.

OMG
ebay is so full of shyt
they might block you from listing it on monday and then you can on tuesday.
also others are probably listing the same thing RIGHT NOW
I am sure if you go to live help they will say it is because the fake stuff the people list.
I get around this by listing something else that will attract people and then giving the free shirt (abercrombie in this case) if the bidding goes over a certain amount.
so for example I will list a five dollar watch and then say as a bonus if the bidding goes over $25.00 you get this brand new abercrombie shirt free...if I am lucky the $5.00 watch will sell for $12.00 bucks and if I am really lucky I can get rid of the shirt too
