Hi, I wear shorts when I work out at the gym, run, play basketball, etc. However, when I move around or do sit-ups or other floor exercise, my shorts ride up. I don't really like my bare thighs being exposed and I definitely don't want people looking at my "package" if you know what I mean.
I was wondering some solutions, and was just wondering is wearing spandex biker shorts underneath a good option? Does anyone else do this, and do you recommend it?
