Beauty & Style - 19 October 2007

I am a mom of two kids. one goes to kindergarden and the other stays with me at home. The only thing i ever do to my hair is, you guessed it, put it in a ponytail. I would like to do different things to it. There are times, believe it or not, that i go places and i would like to look nice. I was not raised all girly, more like a tomboy with my dad. So i didnt learn to much about stuff like that. I dont even wear makeup! all i wore was mascara. light shadow, and lipgloss in highschool. So can anyone give me ideas for wavy, medium frizz, long hair with a round face. Please explain to me HOW to do these hairstyles too. I am 5'11, I love my height, but its hard to love it to much when everybody around me only stands to my shoulders(with flats). I want to wear cute heels, but they make me 6' tall+ and then being around all the other shorter people makes me feel even taller. How can I overcome all of this?

Okay, I've decided to be Goth for Halloween and would like to temporarily dye my dirty blonde hair to black. I am attending a party on Saturday and throwing a party on Sunday plus dressing up for Halloween and I do not want to use hair color spray -especially since I would have to use many cans due to my hair length goes to my mid back. I checked out 28 wash hair color but it says not recommended for dirty blondes. I don't mind it staying in for a while just not permanent.

Please reply if you know exactly how to do this without damaging my hair which took me a long time to grow and will be cut off once summer arrives for Locks of Love. Plus I work in a office setting.

I have light brown hairs on my arms, and dark brown, thick hairs on my legs. I'm 13 and i need a reasonable way to temporarly remove hairs? i shave just above my knees have done for years but was wondering if anyone shaves all the way up to the thighs and even the bum? I'm a naturally hairy blond person on my thighs bum and arms and am thinking of shaving all the way up but am afraid it'll grow back thick n black? how about the arms? anyone shave them?
