Regarding work etc, Previous questions i have posted seem to have a lot of americans saying they have good jobs with tattoos etc?

I want to put pink and purple manic panic dye on my hair.
Unfortunately, that means I'll have to bleach it first.
I'm really afraid that I might fry my hair because it was dyed black about a year ago.
It's faded a LOT since then, now its brown with some blonde streaks showing through [my natural color].
What do you suggest? o.o
