I am a teacher in UK and would like to work in Mumbai as a teacher for some time. Can anyone tell me what it is like and if the salaries there are good enough to support a family in a decent sort of place with some home help.

It's cost a lot of course, but i have been on place, train, bus, taxi around the world . And now i'm looking for a new adventure for new transport to India.

We are flying to Mumbai with Virgin Atlantic and it cost £328 return flight from delhi. get lonely planet book, it's everything you will need! haven't sorted accommodation yet but loads of people have said it's easy to find hostels when out there. if you want any further info or chat just let me know!

I think, most of the problem will be resolved.Because northern rivers are perennial and also wastefully reach to sea.Hope the people of India can think and ink their views. Any Indian govt can foot forward to take decision of making nationalisation of all Indian Rivers..?
