Go to http://www.indianrail.gov.in/ and click on Passenger/Pnr status link. You can confirm the status of your PNR

You can do this thru your Mobile also... Go to airtel live or hutch live or contact your mobile service provider ... All you would need to do is to send 1 message and your will get the status of your PNR.
