Dear Mr. Rajesh,
as others have noted, the correct name of the road is Sikandra road. You can see it on map at the following site:
www.mapmyIndia.com
by typing the following: Sikandra Road, New Delhi and choosing from the pick list for State as DL and then hit the search button.
As you will see from the map, this road connects the circle that is formed by Barakhamba Road/Firoz Shah Road near the FICCI Auditorium and the Mathura Road/Tilak Marg intersection.

Sikander road is in Cannught Place New Delhi.

The names of road given by Municipal corporation are not known to public. People even living at that place do not know it. Some people living in Ahmedabad will surprise to know that - (1) Lokmanya Tilak Marg is well known as Relief Road (2) Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel road is known as Astodia Road (3) Swami Vivekanand Bridge is well known as Ellisbridge Pool.(4) Vivekanand Garden is known as Victoria garden........ and so on.....

This is small road near Mandi House. Used by buses and Metro.
Main Road from Mandi House to ITO / Appu Ghar etc. No enchroachment / multi storey on this road, No star attaraction on this road.

It is between ITO and Mandi House. Actually the correct name is Sikandra Road

By the way, it sounds like it is near CP
