I am planning a 3 day trip to GOA from Hyderabad to cover 31st Dec and 1st Jan 07 times. I am planning to travel by train to and fro and also planning to rent a 2 wheeler to roam around. It will be good to be arnd the beach, but looks like the resorts have heated up prices.

For a double room its arnd 3k per night and some are forcing to take a package for 11K for 3 nights 4days with local sight-seeing.

Whats the right one? I am a bit worried abt the budget and what exactly is good in GOA (seriously)...I want to have a feel of the new-year eve & night.

Hi Any travel agent running private buses to ooty this weekend. I checked KSRTC and couple of other private buses, All of them seems to be booked.
