Don't know if a coach has been added.But i find that tickets r available for III a/c. U can try the site http://www.indianrail.gov.in r sms TA 6345 STARTINGCITY ENDINGCITY JOURNEYDATE TO 676747.
Suppose u r starting on 10th oct from Mumbai to Trivandrum u can sms TA 6345 mumbai trivandrum 10 oct.
