If u like sea and swimming, Goa has got lots of beaches to spend time at.
If u r religious , several temples and churches r in Goa.
Why don't u spend 1 day in south goa and 1 day in north goa. There r several tour operators conducting such day tours in goa. Actually u will get to see almost entire goa by participating in these 2 tours in 2 days.
I suggest u spend one more day after these two days. Pick what u like best in these tours and spend third day on the best things.
As for avoiding skin tanning-- when u r travelling in sunny Goa, it's almost impossible to avoid tanning. Max u can do is apply anti-tanning creams etc. But why worry when u r out to enjoy GOA.

Do not miss Palolem beach. you have two days to stay two days less period in GOA. At any cost dont miss Palolem. To reach palolem first go to Margaon from Margaon take Margaon-Karwar highway Palolem is about 35 to 40 kms from Margaon.
To aviod skin Tan go to any medical shop and buy lotion.
