Apartment to rent in Koblenz?

Can anybody help me? I am looking for a self-catering apartment, not too far from the center of Koblenz, pet-friendly, for the end of April, for a few days or a week. Can't find anything! Can anybody help me?

Here in the UK we have these discount books (Spree books) and I wondered if anything similar existed in Germany, especially for the city of Dusseldorf? Spree books are filled with discount vouchers for restaurants, cinemas, shops, etc. Only serious answers please.

Which is the prettiest/coolest town to visit out of these: Linz, Remagen, Unkel, Bad Honnef, Konigswinter, ...

I was thinking of taking the train (or some other means if you have a better idea) to one of the following towns, having lunch & getting a river cruise back to Cologne on a KD cruise (the roundtrips & special itineraries aren't avail on my dates) Which of the following towns would you suggest we eat in & start the cruise from?
