Here in the UK we have these discount books (Spree books) and I wondered if anything similar existed in Germany, especially for the city of Dusseldorf? Spree books are filled with discount vouchers for restaurants, cinemas, shops, etc. Only serious answers please.

Yes, first thing when you get there go straight to the tourist office and spend like $27.00 for the tourist discount book...It is good for all sorts of stuff you will want to do and see and some travel means (like buses and such) . Worth its weight in gold....
