The following quote/clip is a news story on Yahoo.

My question is simple...........why?
Are you fans that hard-up for your teams, that you'll kill someone just because they dont like your team??
Get a life.

"Promises to come down hard on the football hooligans have so far fallen short, but how many more people need to die before Italy finally deals with a sickness that is killing its favourite sport?

On Friday all professional and amateur football championships were suspended until further notice following the death of a policeman after the highly-charged Serie A match between Sicilian rivals Catania and Palermo.

Filippo Raciti died after a home-made bomb was thrown into his car as police officers came under attack from Catania fans outside the Massimino stadium.

Raciti's death follows the murder last Saturday of Ermanno Licursi, a director of Calabria-based amateur team Sammartinese who suffered a brain haemorrhage after being kicked in the face by a fan of rival team Cancellese.

I am currently 15.5 yrs old and I live in Singapore. I have always wanted soccer to be a career. I am a right-back. I will go out in the after sch around 5pm and start to train my skills.I also do running 2X weekly....
But,I realise that my sprinting speed is not as fast as compared to others. Stamina-wise, I am ok. However, I am very dedicated to football. While other guys will play a fool with the ball, I would only look at them and continue my training, all the while hoping that i can turn pro one day.

But I have no match experience.I did join a local team, but i never featured in their matches as i was considered to be too young(15yrs)..the only experience i had was of their training matches..Other than the training games n playing monthly for my school team against other teams, I had no match experience .But i hope this will not affect me...no matter what i will continue to train..
So, to all of you out there, do you think i stand a chance to be a professional? And why?
