Last time i heard in England national squad, only Ashley Cole and Michael Owen run 100m under 10secs. So do Dennis Rommedahl from Charlton. While Obafemi Martins hold the records of fastest in Italian League.
According to Ranieri (that time still incharge of Chelsea)

2)Cisse
3) Henry
My opinion, i will go for Ashley Cole. When in youth team, he play as striker before converted to leftback in Arsenal.
