i am 16 years old and have been lifting wieghts for about 6 months steadily. i am trying to get ready for football and as the season gets closer i am trying to get stronger faster. i want to lift upper body twice a day, once in the morning and then once when i go to the school weight room around 4 o'clock. then the next day i wanted to do the same thing only except with my lower body. i was plannin on doin this 6 times a week alternatin days of lower and upper body. i read things that say you need to give your mucles enough time to recover and i was wondering if about 8 hours is enough time. i was also planning on buying whey protein to help bulk up.

It is made by Topps and on the front has a picture of Simms under center. It is hand-signed by Phil himself in blue pen. In perfect condition, no abrasions, etc.

I would have been shocked because I would have not have imagined that they would have been in the 2005 AFC Championship Game and if they defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC Championship Game and the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XL at Ford Field in Detroit, it probably would have been the greatest sport moment of the year 2006.

Rumors are springing up that former Longhorn Running Back Ramonce Taylor is working out with the team again. This is after he was arrested with 5 pounds of marijuana a month or so ago. He was kicked off the team prior to that for "academic reasons."

He was also the same player who pulled a gun on someone in the 2 weeks leading up the Rose Bowl vs. USC, which he scored a touchdown in.

Should Taylor be allowed back to the team, or should a UT player actually be held (gasp!) accountable for their actions?

Truthfully, being a Vikes fan, I should be against the Packers or Bears, but the Cowboys are my least favorite team. I just have never liked them.
