This question can only be answered on the gridiron but in my opinion the Skins will win out because there whole defense is back and the offense is much improved than that of last year(on paper). The Cowboys and T.O. are a time bomb that's clicking mire than the clock on 24, the Eagles are shaken from their drastic fall last season and the Giants are the most likely to give a shot at the Division crown but most likely the Skins will win out.

Doesn't matter b/c an Afc team will win the SB just like they have for the past 8 of 10 years

We have legitimate threats at WR which will help free up Moss and Cooley, and we will finally see the Clinton Portis factor because with our new WR's defenses can not crowd the box. Plus Al Saunders!!!!
Defensivly we lost Lavar, but if you think about it he was always hurt.
