Absolutely, Detroit has great sport fans in the World. Detroit is home of one of the oldest teams in baseball the Detroit Tigers, the football team the Detroit Lions play at an wonderful stadium at Ford Field where Super Bowl XL was held on February 5, 2006. The Detroit Pistons are the 2004 and 2005 NBA Eastern Conference Champions and won the NBA Championship in 2004. The hockey team the Detroit Red Wings have won the Stanley Cup 10 time and getting tickets for their game might be a challenge, but they are worth seeing because they are a world class team. Although Detroit does not have Major League Soccer Yet, this year the Detroit Ignition will start in Major Indoor Soccer League and this will be the first time indoor soccer has come to Detroit since the Detroit Rockers of the NPSL folded in 2001 when the Rockers ceased operations.

Yeah they do. Since the red wings lost in the first round and the pistons lost in the conference finals. Then the tigers are going to lose in the world series and the lions are going to win the super bowl. Im a detroit fan by the way

Being born and lived in Detroit most of my life, I say yes. Chicago, Philadelphia and New York are right up there.
