I am playing center for my team and I would like to find a site with good center drills, can anybody help?

i always play point guard ... my first game came up and i got called for alot of travels and it was clear taht i wasnt used to the highpost position. Reason being that we have a very short team this year

I think it is Jason Richardson. He has done so well over the years and players like Ben Gordon get more attention. (Also Michael Redd is under-rated I think)

I made the junior boys basketball team at my highschool and Im trying to improve my form. Im not the best shooter on the team (as far as my form goes its almost the worst) but im pretty good for the closer range shots. Im hoping to look for some answers to how I can improve my shot with some proper mechanics. Thanks alot!

ZThey are talkin about giving up Tyrus Thomas next years #1 pick which should be a top 3-5 pick and Luol Deng for kg, I wouldnt give up Luol straightup for Garnett. Luol is 20 and is averaging 19 a game, garnett is 30 and he averages like 22. Garnett has 3 good years left, deng has 13 good ones left. Sure Garnett boards more but i still wouldnt trade deng for him. I also wouldnt give up next years first rounder straight up for him. If its top 5 id rather have the pick than Garnett. Two guaranteed superstars, durant and oden plus other super players. Please dont do this trade. If they did do it though they still wouldnt contend because theyve given up too much for kg, so now theyd be paying max deals to b. wallace and kg? yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are exactly on course where they should be with this team they have now, don't screw it up.

I am a middle school pass first point guard who is pretty fast, has pretty good endurance, and is 5'6 ish.My biggest problem is penetration. I usually just look for the open man and rarely shoot, even though i can do so pretty well. How can I improve my game so i become a better scorer and penetrator ( espically since a lot of centers are a lot taller than me) without becoming a selfish player who hogs the ball. (like Allen Iverson) .Also what mindset should i get so I will shoot more jumpers and drive more without losing my status as an unselfish player mentally.
