but Richard hamilton has to be the better shooting guard with 21ppg

I'll go out on a limb and guess it's one of the two all-stars, vs. a role player substitute :)
Chauncey and Rip play different positions, so different things are expected of them. That said, Chauncey is a more unique talent at both ends of the floor, with his ability to drive and get free throws, hit the big 3 point basket, and lock down his man on the defensive end. Love Rip but gotta go with Chauncey.

Chauncey Billups because he just doesn't score he carry's the offence as well, Rip is good as well coz he's a mad scorer

I think both Billups and hamilton are good but the best out of the two is probably.... "Rip" Hamilton.

definately billups. hes an all-around PG: score, pass, steal, defend. id take him over nash anyday. id rate him as the #2 PG in the NBA
